A sign at a Lake Arrowhead boat ramp warns boaters to beware of the low water level. However, the boat ramp has been useless for months since the ever-receding lake is more than 100 yards in the distance. Lake Arrowhead State park is just south of Wichita Falls, Texas and the lake supplies the town with drinking water.
